It starts with an assessment
The first session is 45 minutes of evaluation and training. Your athlete leaves with the two or three things we work on next, written down in their record.

Every rep lands somewhere
Velocity, exit speed and pitch counts go on the athlete's record after each lesson, so a parent can see the same progress the coach sees.

Book and pay in one place
Pick the lesson, the coach and the time, and pay when you book. Reminders go out before every session.
